Juliana Goldrosen co-Leads the Finance, Government Operations, and Technology Team. She advises the Office of the Clerk of the Board, the Privacy Office, and the Information Security Office.
Andrew Gottlieb co-Leads the Finance, Government Operations, and Technology Team. He advises the Office of Countywide Contract Management and Technology Services and Solutions.
Lizanne Reynolds is the Lead of the Environment and Land Use Team and advises the Department of Planning and Development and County departments generally on environmental law and land use matters. She is also the Lead for the Office’s work for the Controller-Treasurer and Department of Tax and Collections.
Jamila Benkato represents the County in community protection/civil enforcement administrative proceedings and litigation, and advises the Registrar of Voters.
Mark Bernal advises the Assessor’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, Alternate Defenders Office, Independent Defense Counsel Office, Office of the County Hearing Officer, and Development Review Board.
John A. Castro
John Castro advises the Facilities and Fleet Department, the Roads Department and Roads Commission, and County Sanitation District No. 2-3. He also advises County departments on matters relating to construction and public works.
Nick DeFiesta advises the Registrar of Voters and the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Robert Fannion advises the Finance Agency, comprising the Controller-Treasurer, the County Clerk-Recorder, and the Department of Tax and Collections.
Tara Fonseca advises County departments on criminal justice data sharing, data privacy and security, and technology transactions.
Aaron Forbath advises the Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District, South Santa Clara County Fire District, Los Altos Hills County Fire District, and Santa Clara County Fairgrounds Management Corporation. He also advises County departments on affordable housing and land use matters.
Mary Hanna-Weir advises the Registrar of Voters, Office of Children and Families Policy, Office of Gender-Based Violence Prevention, Office of LGBTQ Affairs, Office of Women’s Policy, and several commissions. She also advises the Santa Clara County Office of Education and certain local school districts on various legal issues.
