Glenn P. Hanzlick ( He/Him )

Glenn Hanzlick joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2022 and is on the Finance, Government Operations, and Technology Team.  Glenn is a trusted legal advisor and business partner for the Technology Services & Solutions Department and the Vendor Management Organization.  In addition to advising and counseling to protect the interests of the County, Glenn negotiates complex technology contracts, including license agreements, SaaS agreements, and Professional Services Agreements.  Glenn has over 30 years’ experience negotiating complex technology and other agreements and previously worked at technology industry leaders. Glenn’s professional expertise includes technology contract review and negotiation.
