Rajiv Narayan joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2022. He is on the Social Justice and Impact Litigation Team and the Finance, Government Operations, and Technology Team. His practice focuses on affirmative litigation and policy designed to advance social and economic justice, as well as on matters related to public finance. Rajiv’s professional expertise includes appellate litigation, affirmative litigation, public health law, public finance, and local government law.
