Andrew Gottlieb

Andrew Gottlieb joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2019.  As a member of the Finance, Government Operations, and Technology Team, he provides advice regarding technology transactions, privacy, data security, intellectual property, compliance, public governance, and other public law issues.  Prior to joining the Office, Andrew spent many years in the private sector advising and representing technology companies, both in-house and as outside counsel. Andrew’s professional expertise includes technology transactions, corporate transactions and governance, data security and privacy, intellectual property, and federal income taxation.
