Lead Deputy County Counsel
Overview
Juliana Goldrosen joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2022, and is a Lead Deputy County Counsel for the Finance, Government Operations, and Technology Team. Juliana advises on First Amendment, public meeting, privacy, and conflicts of interest legal issues. She currently serves as counsel to the Office of the Clerk of the Board, the Privacy Office, and the Information Security Office. Prior to joining the Office of the County Counsel, Juliana gained insurance recovery, civil rights, and voting-related litigation experience, as well as experience advising clients on a variety of state and federal policy matters. Juliana previously served as a law clerk to Judge Matthew F. Leitman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Prior to law school, Juliana worked as a legislative aide to a U.S. Senator and as an advisor to various local governments on federal policy matters.
