Overview
Robert A. Nakamae joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2006 and represents the Assessor’s Office, Procurement Department, and Technology Services and Solutions. Robert also handles County intellectual property matters and previously served as counsel to the Clerk-Recorder’s Office and special counsel to the San Francisco Transfer Tax Board regarding a documentary transfer tax dispute. Robert’s professional expertise includes federal trademark and copyright law, IT contracting and other related issues, procurement solicitation and contract law, and assessment appeals.
