Tara Fonseca ( She/Her )

Tara Fonseca joined the Office of County Counsel in 2018 and is a member of the Finance, Government Operations, and Technology Team, the Public Safety and Justice Team, and the Legislative Affairs Team. She provides legal advice regarding criminal justice data sharing, data privacy and security, and technology transactions.  Before joining the Office, Tara represented the Judicial Council of California on issues related to criminal justice and technology.  Tara Lundstrom’s professional expertise includes technology law and policy and data privacy and security.
