Overview
Xavier Brandwajn joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2021 in the Office’s Civil Rights, Tort, and Employment Litigation team. His current practice focuses on civil litigation in state and federal courts, and he represents the County and individual County employees in actions involving employment, tort, medical malpractice, and civil rights claims. Xavier has extensive experience litigating complex civil claims from inception through trial in federal court, state court, and in arbitration. Xavier’s professional expertise includes civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
