Wesley Dodd

Overview

Wesley Dodd joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2019.  Wesley advises the County Health System, Valley Health Plan, and the Emergency Medical Services Agency on a wide variety of complex transactional and regulatory matters.  In 2020, Wesley served as a member of the legal team advising the County’s Emergency Operations Center to support the County’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Before joining the Office, Wesley was an associate at Ropes & Gray, LLP in the Health Care practice group.  Wesley’s professional expertise includes complex health care transactions, managed care contracting and compliance, health care provider contracting, EMS system compliance and provider contracts, privacy and data security, fraud, waste, and abuse compliance, and technology and software licensing.
