Miriam Osner Sondag

Miriam Sondag joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023.  She handles real estate transactional work for the County, with a focus on affordable housing for the county’s low-income residents.  Miriam’s professional expertise includes real estate development and finance, affordable housing operation, development, and finance, acquisition, disposition and operation of multifamily affordable and mixed-income housing developments, and bond-financed real estate transactions.
