Overview
Min-Kuk Song joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023. As a member of the Labor and Employment Team, Min-Kuk provides advice to various County departments in all aspects of labor and employment issues. Min-Kuk is an experienced litigator and advisor to government agencies. Prior to joining the Office of the County Counsel, Min-Kuk was a federal investigator and civil prosecutor for the National Labor Relations Board, an attorney and policy advisor for the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, and a litigator in a boutique plaintiff’s side consumer and employment law firm. Min-Kuk’s professional expertise includes policy analysis, labor and employment laws regarding discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, employee discipline and discharge, administrative hearing litigation, and collective bargaining agreements.
