Kim Hara joined the Office of the County Counsel’s Civil Rights, Tort, and Employment Litigation Team in 2018 and she became a Lead of the team in 2021. Kim’s practice is focused on civil litigation, representing the County and individual County employees in state and federal courts. Kim’s professional expertise includes medical malpractice, elder abuse, civil rights, public entity liability, premises liability, and other torts. Kim also handles appellate writs and appeals.
