Karen Willis joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2018. As a member of the Environment and Land Use Team, she handles transactional real estate work for the County, including the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of real property, with a particular focus on affordable housing for the County’s low-income residents. Karen’s professional expertise includes real estate development and finance, affordable housing, and leasing.
