Overview
Jessica E. Pentland joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2013 and is a longstanding member of the Adult and Elder Protection Team. Jessica regularly handles all manner of cases for the Office of the Public Administrator/Guardian/Conservator including the administration of and litigation relating to: elder abuse; probate and mental health conservatorships; decedent estates; and trust matters. Jessica has handled hundreds of court trials and several jury trials.
Jessica oversees the majority of the Adult and Elder Protection Team’s appellate cases and serves as the point person for legislation impacting the Office of the Public Administrator/Guardian/Conservator and Adult Protective Services.
