Henry Chi joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023. As a member of the Labor and Employment Team, Henry provides advice to various County departments in all aspects of labor and employment issues.
Henry’s professional expertise includes employment laws regarding discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; employee discharge, discipline, performance, and reasonable accommodation issues; administrative hearings; and arbitration practice.
