Overview

Brian Holdaway joined the Office of the County Counsel in January 2016.  He works on the Workers’ Compensation Team, with a practice focused on the litigation of workers’ compensation and third-party claims.  He appears at various District Offices, including San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, and Stockton.  He has resolved hundreds of workers’ compensation cases through informal resolution and litigation.  He has represented both defendants and applicants during his career.  Brian’s professional expertise includes workers’ compensation and arbitration.
