Braeden Sullivan joined the Office of the County Counsel’s Child and Family Protection Team in 2016. He has been practicing dependency law since 2009, and currently represents the Department of Family and Children’s Services in dependency proceedings, including hearings, mediations, conferences, and contested trials. Additionally, he advises social workers on a case-by-case basis about a variety of legal issues related to child welfare. Braeden’s professional expertise includes juvenile dependency law, trial advocacy, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
