Overview
Bonnie Phan joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023. As a member of the Civil Rights, Tort, and Employment Litigation Team, she represents the County and its employees in civil litigation in federal and state courts. Before joining the Office, Bonnie represented clients in the medical device, software, and consumer product industries in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. Bonnie also maintained a robust pro bono practice focused on immigration matters. Bonnie’s professional expertise includes civil litigation, intellectual property litigation, and complex commercial litigation.
