Overview
Alicia Roll joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2023. As a member of the Civil Rights, Tort, and Employment Litigation Team, she represents the County and its employees in civil litigation in state and federal court. Prior to joining the Office of the County Counsel, Alicia was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and a law clerk to the Honorable Alan C. Kay in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. Alicia’s professional expertise includes civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, and government investigations.
