Overview
Anthony is an attorney specializing in workers’ compensation. Anthony joined the County Counsel from the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Workers’ Compensation where he served as a Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge issuing decisions on many complex workers’ compensation disputes and mediating multi-party complex cases. Anthony has previously worked at the County of Santa Cruz Office of the County Counsel providing defensive litigation and workers’ compensation legal advice and support. He also worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General where he litigated civil rights claims. Anthony was named by the California Attorney Association as the best young attorney in the area of workers’ compensation in 2018.
