Overview
Jordan Keville joined the Office of County Counsel in 2023. As a member of the Office’s Health and Hospitals Team, Jordan advises the County Health System on a variety of complex legal subjects including contracting, medical staff governance, government health care program payments and data privacy. As a member of the Legislative Affairs Team, Jordan advises on issues relating to state and federal legislative efforts for the County. Before joining the Office, Jordan spent twenty years in private law firm practice, representing clients from across the health care industry like hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, medical groups, and individual medical practitioners, providing advice on transactions, administrative litigation, fraud and abuse defense and general regulatory compliance. Jordan’s professional expertise includes Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement requirements, medical staff governance and administrative procedures, federal 340B Drug Discount Program compliance, health information data privacy requirements, including compliance with federal HIPAA, HI-TECH Act and CURES Act, and general contracting for health care related services.
