Bill Nguyen joined the Office of the County Counsel in 2024. His practice focuses on affirmative litigation and policy designed to advance social and economic justice. Before joining the Office, Bill studied fiction at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and served as an associate deputy public defender at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office.
